Dr. Sandeep Gupta aged 42 years, is a Chief Executive Officer and a Whole Time Director of our Company. He has received a doctorate of philosophy in management from Singhania University, Jhunjhunu, and a master of business studies from the University of Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune. He is also a Certified Corporate Director by the world council for Corporate Governance, U.K along with all this professional expertise he also holds various IT and management certifications which enriched his core knowledge in financial products and the non-Banking Business sector. Dr. Gupta has versatile experience of more than 18 years in the financial and marketing industry. He has served as a member / governing body in various quasi-judicial bodies and also bagged various prestigious awards and recognitions. Presently, He has experience at various strategic and leadership levels in the Company, covering a variety of business functions.

Mr. Subhash Gupta
Director
Mr. Subhash Gupta aged 62 years, is a Non-executive Director of our Company. He has received a basic education. He has been associated with our Company since 2008, accordingly has over 12 years of experience in the financial and investment products and non-banking industry. Mr. Gupta has several years of experience across various industries. He has experience at various strategic and leadership levels in the Company, covering a variety of business functions.
Smt. Garima Gupta
Director
Mr. Garima Gupta aged 40 years, is an executive Director of our Company. She is a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from I.E.T. Lucknow, UPTEC Board. She also holds a Master of Arts (Counselling of Philosophy) and PGDCFT from IGNOU University. She has enriched knowledge and expertise in managing and developing behavioral science and human psychology in the current business scenario. She has overseen human resource functions for many years across various sectors. She is currently managing the Company’s Digital and technological requirements along with the Human resource department.
Ms. Nikita Shukla
Company Secretary
Ms. Nikita Shukla aged 26 years, is the Compliance Officer of our Company. She is a Practising Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than 4 years of experience in managing and dealing in Corporates with Secretarial and Legal matters and handling an esteemed client base. She has been associated with our organization for the past year. She is responsible for the management of our Company’s day to day affairs, assistance, and implementation of various directions on policy-related matters and monitoring their compliance.
It has come to our notice that some Loan Apps available on various app stores and are fraudulently claiming to be offered by Richa Holdings Limited.
We do not offer loans through or work with any Loan Apps. Customers are cautioned not to avail loans or make any payment to any link/account shared by any Loan apps/agents claiming to be associated with RHL. We request you to advise us of any such Fraudsters at help.rhl@gmail.com
